David Beausoleil, President of CAST Lighting, in his former role as a wholesale distributor and Landscape Lighting instructor, worked closely with Landscape Lighting Professionals over a period of 12 years. During that time he became intimately aware of the many problems that plague lighting installers. He was determined to address these problems and started a new company, CAST Lighting. David went on to engineer, design, and manufacture a complete line of lighting fixtures, multi-tap transformers, and installation accessories. He was committed to using only the best materials and workmanship. The result is a revolution in the Landscape Lighting Industry.

David Beausoleil – President

David is the founder and driving force behind CAST Lighting. In addition to his experience working "hands-on" with Landscape Contractors and Lighting Design Professionals, David is a passionate and motivating teacher. Through his Landscape Lighting Course in Rutgers University and CAST seminars, David has trained thousands of contractors and helped them launch successful Outdoor Lighting businesses.

Bruce Kenison– National Sales Manager

Bruce owned a successful landscaping enterprise and received his business degree from Pace University. Since then, he has spent several years in various roles supporting the growth of small and large businesses. Bruce brings a valuable combination of business savvy and hands-on knowledge of the outdoor lighting profession. Bruce is also one of the CAST Seminar leaders.

Tony Grieco – Western Regional Sales Manager

Tony received degrees in Agronomy and Business. He worked as a Golf Course Superintendent for 13 years before serving as head of a Golf Course Irrigation division at a wholesale distributor. He is also a talented landscape lighting instructor and seminar leader.

Jeff Ozug– Regional Sales (FL, GA (except Atlanta), AL, MS and South Shore NC)

Jeff has several years of experience in high-level business and customer support that make him an invaluable resource for new businesses. Jeff has worked extensively with Landscape Contractors and knows what makes them tick. Jeff is also one of the CAST Seminar leaders.

Jeff Hesser – Regional Sales (DE, MD, DC, NJ and PA)

Prior to joining CAST, Jeff was a Regional Sales Manager for Aquarius Irrigation Supply. A tireless hands-on educator, Jeff has been involved with Landscape Lighting for the past 10 years. Prior to Aquarius, he was a certified irrigation contractor. Jeff is also one of the CAST Seminar leaders.

Bill Burton – Carolinas Sales (includes NC, SC, Atlanta area and TN)

Bill is is a solid and experienced resource for contractors and distributors. Prior to joining CAST, he worked extensively with electronic control systems. Bill is also one of the CAST Seminar leaders.

Duncan Fuller – Northeastern Sales (includes New England, NY (excluding Long Island) & Eastern Canada)

Duncan comes to CAST with over 20 years sales and support experience. His prior work focused on helping companies grow through strategic partnerships. With an MBA from Babson College, Duncan specializes in entrepreneurship and marketing. In addition to his business skills he brings the technical expertise learned through over 3,000 hours of electrical apprenticeship. Duncan is also one of the CAST Seminar leaders.

Jim Morris – Midwestern Sales

Prior to joining CAST, Jim owned a successful Landscaping company. This experience, in addition to his work in various sales and support positions, gives Jim hands-on knowledge of the green industry. Jim is also one of the CAST Seminar leaders.

Matt Esselstrom – Northwestern Sales

Matt is passionate about serving the needs of the green industry. Prior to joining CAST, he distinguished himself as National Sales Manager for a large wholesale supplier. He also worked one-on-one with landscape contractors for a large wholesale distributer. He sees great potential for landscape lighting in the Pacific Northwest. Matt is one of the CAST Seminar leaders.

Bob Webb – Mountain States Sales

Bob comes from a background in the fabrication and installation of Hardscaping and has worked extensively in the training and support of installers and designers. Bob's hands-on style and passion for supporting the success of small businesses makes him an invaluable asset for our landscape lighting customers. Bob is one of the CAST Seminar leaders.

Steve Parrott – Communication and Marketing Director

Steve brings over 20 years experience in media, graphics, marketing, and instructional design. His prior work includes several years as a lighting designer and director for stage and screen. His skills as a professional photographer, videographer and web designer have contributed greatly towards the success of CAST in our efforts to effectively communicate with our customers. Steve welcomes calls from landscape professionals looking for help with websites, email communications, photography and other marketing venues. Steve has won several awards in the fields of communication and design.

Jane Krause – CFO, Office Manager

Bringing to CAST a solid background in business administration, Jane Krause heads up our Accounting department and works with Barbara to help ensure that doing business with CAST is simple and streamlined.

With 25 years of Customer Service Management experience, Barbara brings the highest level of customer care to CAST. Her expertise in service and support helps make our streamlined sales process the envy of the Industry.

Mike Delpha – Warehouse Manager

You may never talk to Mike, but he's the one making sure your orders are packed and loaded, ready to roll. Mike is an intense high-energy person directing a dedicated warehouse team. If it's at all humanly possible, Mike will get your order out the same day it's received.

David Bsales – Senior Graphic Designer and Illustrator

David is another gifted designer and illustrator. He is responsible for the detail drawings of all the CAST products and methods of installation. These drawings continue to be praised by architects for their accurate and user-friendly depictions of CAST products as installed.
