Cast lighting LLC is a manufacturer of decorative solid bronze low-voltage landscape lighting products located in Hawthorne, New Jersey. Our mission is to manufacture and design extremely durable technically advanced lighting systems that provide safety, security, and beauty for residential properties. We are looking to hire an individual for the role of inside sales support for our team of three regional sales managers to help grow our distributor and contractor customer base throughout the country. The role would entail working with each representative to identify key markets and customers throughout the country. Hours can be flexible to fit your schedule, we are looking for forty hours per week but would also consider a flexible arrangement for the right person. You will work with a dedicated team of professionals in our recently renovated office space if local or for the right candidate a remote working arrangement would be fine. We are looking for the best person for the job. The critical function of this position is working as a team to help support the growth of each of the outside sales managers’ territories. This will be accomplished by identifying new markets around the country, finding new distribution channels that can benefit from stocking and selling our products, and by cultivating new installers and designers around the country. Individual would work with our sales team, upper management, graphic design, and marketing to help execute the objective. Position requires extensive cold-calling sales activities with leads from current CRM, trade shows, and targeted customers. Role would also include the preparation of proposals, making presentations, implementing sales programs, entering orders, and customer follow-up. Position requires data entry in the Customer Relationship Software (CRM) to organize sales activities. This position works hand in hand with regional sales staff and the President. We will provide extensive training and resources to make sure you are an expert in the field.
- The position requires excellent sales/telemarketing, data entry skills, friendly phone manner, and organizational/planning skills. Prior sales experience, sales support, and market research would be beneficial. Landscape design or green industry experience would also be helpful.
- Comfort with multi-tasking.
- Computer skills required/trained: MASS-90, Word, Excel, Outlook, SMP, Salesforce or other CRM program experience. (Will provide training for CRM and MRP software).
